14. 03. 2024 | The Fluke ii910 is an innovative instrument that harnesses the power of ultrasound to visualize and locate problems in a wide range of industrial applications. Thanks to its intuitive interface and robust construction, this camera becomes an indispensable helper for professionals who strive for effective maintenance and failure prevention.
Many users are already familiar with the previous Fluke ii900 model whose main capability was the detection of gas leaks, especially compressed air with the LeakQ™ function. Today, even this camera is equipped with other functions to improve use, above all it can calculate the price of the leaked medium in each location and the CO2 equivalent. This makes it a very suitable tool for demonstrating ESG.
At stand V 6.13 of Blue Panther s.r.o. you can try the Fluke ii910 ultrasound camera with the latest firmware version, which significantly expands its capabilities.
In addition to the functions identical to the ii900, the ii910 has an extended frequency band to 100kHz, which now allows the PDQ Mode™ function to be used for the detection, localization, and evaluation of partial discharges in distribution networks, transformers, and other electrical equipment to prevent faults and losses. The detection of partial discharges during the development of electric motors is also significantly facilitated. Another new feature of the ii910 is the MecQ™ feature. This extends the use of the ii910 to the diagnosis of mechanical faults. The camera will make it possible to detect bearing wear, faulty gears and other mechanical problems in industrial machines and equipment.
The Fluke ii910 ultrasonic camera can therefore be used in many areas, including preventive inspection of equipment and infrastructure, thereby helping to prevent unexpected breakdowns and downtimes, increase productivity and reduce costs.
Blue Panther bothh will be placed at Hall V, Nr. 6.13
