The FM Institute has been operating on the market since 2008, since which time it regularly defends the accreditation of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The core of the FM Institute's activity is primarily the education of experts in facility management (FM) practice, both on the side of clients from various sectors, and on the side of leading FM service providers. The FM Institute has trained more than 500 practitioners from dozens of market-leading companies. From 2023, the retraining course is also registered on the Ministry of Education and Culture/UP, both for experts who are currently unemployed and for those who are interested in changing or expanding their expertise.
FM Institute cooperates with leading specialists in their fields, who bring rich practical experience to the listeners. By combining theoretical foundations based on FM standards and practical experience from practice, students gain a comprehensive overview of the field.
FM Institute is the only educational institution in the Czech Republic that permanently obtains accreditation for training managers in the field of facility management. This accreditation entitles her to teach and subsequently award an official state certificate of manager expertise in this field.
At the same time, FM Institute is an official partner of the Club of Facility Managers at the Czech Managers' Association.
